About the Role

As a Senior Designer for the Athleta Studio collection, you'll lead the creative development of seasonal product design—translating performance, style, and trend insights into compelling collections that embody Athleta's brand identity. You will partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design to deliver innovative, high-quality apparel that supports women through movement. From concept to execution, you'll drive silhouette, fabric, and color direction, ensuring every detail enhances both aesthetic appeal and function.

What You'll Do

Design Development & Execution

• Lead seasonal trend and design strategy for the Studio collection, from concept through prototype.
• Develop and present silhouette, fabric, and color direction aligned with Athleta's brand and business goals.
• Create detailed design sketches, tech packs, and CADs for sampling and production.
• Work collaboratively with the DPC team to create 3D sketches via CLO
• Oversee concept boards, CAD presentations, and product samples for milestone reviews.

Salary Range

$106,700 - $141,300 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
