Analyst For Coordinated Community Response
Incumbent will be the primary Analyst for Coordinated Community Response training development and implementation for the Department of Defense Coordinated Community Response to domestic abuse and child abuse and neglect.
Responsible for research, designing, developing, and facilitating training programs for professionals on domestic abuse and child abuse and neglect intervention and response.
Facilitate research-based training development, evaluation, and implementation utilizing diverse teaching methods, including interactive workshops, online modules, just-in-time training mechanisms, and presentations.
Conducts unprecedented special assignments on complex high-priority issues in which the scope frequently alters as the work progresses.
Identifies and investigates potential problem areas to develop solutions and / or new management and program objectives as appropriate.

Specialized Experience GS 14 : One year of specialized experience which includes evaluating Coordinated Community Response related to domestic abuse and child abuse and neglect, collaborating with stakeholders, advising senior management officials, analyzing and / or developing policy, and developing position papers, decision memos and / or training materials. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade / level position in the federal service (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Time in Grade Requirement : Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
