Vehicle Exchange Specialist

We are looking to add an experienced sales professional to our team as a vehicle exchange specialist.

A dedicated vehicle exchange specialist needs to have the right attitude and skills, including:

• Prior sales experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both new and existing customers to generate new leads.

• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone and/or during the first meeting.

• Friendly, outgoing, professional, and highly motivated.

• Committed to customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Excellent understanding of automotive industry and trends

Job responsibilities:

• Research upcoming service appointments to identify best opportunities to purchase used vehicles or assist customers in trading in their vehicle.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers

• Report and work directly with sales management to determine dealership needs and identify ideal vehicle purchase opportunities

• Work as part of a team and individually on identifying and following up on leads

• Work together with service department to maintain great relationships with customers
