Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring all financial operations are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain financial integrity.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
• Implement and maintain systems for document control and scanning to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements across financial operations, particularly in manufacturing or distribution environments.
