Senior Sales Representative

Location : Orlando, FL 32824 - This position is onsite

Pay : $45,000 yearly plus commission

Typical first year commission earnings : $15,000 year 1 and will increase

Type : Direct hire

Job Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management & Sales : Manage and grow an existing client base to meet / exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events. Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings.
• New Business Development : Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively participate in networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Account Coordination & Project Support : Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups.
• Quoting & Financial Oversight : Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution, and represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships.
