Job Description

This role is based in our 275 Grove Street, Newton, Boston, MA 02466 office.

CIO Dive is looking for a sharp reporter ready to deliver timely, insightful coverage of the IT industry. In this role, you’ll dive into the fast‑paced world of business technology and strategy, writing breaking news briefs, in‑depth articles, and features to help tech executives cut through the growing noise.

You’ll collaborate closely with a team of journalists to develop engaging coverage, whether it’s a quick‑turn earnings analysis or a deep dive into a new technology trend.

This is your beat to own. You’ll pitch original story ideas, build strong industry connections, and chase down stories that matter the most. Reporting directly to CIO Dive’s editorial director, you’ll have an opportunity to shape coverage and have an impact.

The salary range for the role is $70,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
