Requirements :

In your role as a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and provide training and support to Behavior Technicians (BTs / RBTs). You will play a vital role in guiding families through ABA principles and performing program evaluations.
