Implementation Engineer

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the partnership

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases and technical requirements

Provide ongoing technical support and maintain customer relationships after onboarding

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting software implementation

Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js

Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate

Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus but not required
