A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members

Assist patients with insurance needs, questions, and concerns

Provide 24 / 7 triage support and prioritize cases for Registered Nurse follow-up

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Healthcare experience in roles such as medical front office or nursing assistant

Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word proficiency

Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating days off

Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
