Alexander & Tom, Inc., an award-winning digital agency in Baltimore, is in search of a web usability expert to assist us with on-site usability testing initiatives. We have in-house UX capabilities such as Tobii eye tracking equipment and UX reporting software.

Alexander & Tom, Inc., an award-winning digital agency in Baltimore, is in search of a web usability expert to assist us with on-site usability testing initiatives.

  • moderating website usability testing, on-location in Baltimore, MD
  • preparing post-testing evaluation, reporting, and recommendations

Interested parties must have prior experience researching, planning and conducting web usability / user experience testing, either in person or remotely. Familiarity with eye-tracking hardware or software is a plus.

We've been in digital marketing communications since 1996. We develop new media and online marketing campaigns spanning web, mobile, email, and video.
