Quality Control Lead

A company is looking for a Quality Control Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members

Conduct performance reviews and identify training opportunities for team growth

Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met while balancing team workloads

Required Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience as a QA Tester

2-3 years of experience in testing web-based applications

Ability to read and understand workflow diagrams

Experience with Microsoft Test Manager and SQL is preferred

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
