MUST HAVE 3 YEARS TAX PROCESSING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Processing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our case processing team. This individual will play a critical role in managing workflows, ensuring compliance with IRS and state regulations, and maintaining the highest level of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead the processing team handling tax relief client files.
- Review, organize, and submit financial documents to IRS / state agencies.
- Ensure cases are accurately prepared, documented, and submitted on schedule.
- Train and mentor processing staff on compliance, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of escalation for case-related issues and client concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, case managers, and client relations to streamline workflows.
- Stay up to date on tax resolution programs, IRS guidelines, and industry regulations.
