Mid-Level Associate – 4G/5G Telecommunications

Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level associates with experience in 4G/5G telecommunications with industry standards experience in our Atlanta Office.

Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 2 years solid litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree required. Prior patent prosecution experience preferred. USPTO registration number preferred. Previous 4G/5G telecommunications with industry standards experience is required.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $235,000 - $365,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
