Shift Leader

At SERVE Hospitality Group, a Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee, we are looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Leader to manage daily operations and support our team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth service, quality food and smoothie preparation, and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support crew members during your shift
• Prepare smoothies and food items according to our recipes
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any issues that arise
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all food safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Help train and guide crew members to perform their best
