Your Role :

• Provide outstanding nursing services, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for residents.
• Supervise daily activities of nursing assistants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and facility policies to promote a safe and compliant care environment.
• Ensure that all nursing staff under your supervision follow established procedures and protocols.
