Primary Care Physician | New Mercy Health Clinic | Bowling Green, OH

Mercy Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Primary Care Physician to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic in Bowling Green, Ohio. This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity focused on delivering high-quality care while helping shape a new practice to serve the growing community.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with flexible layout
• New location launching in mid-2026, with plans for growth to three providers by 2028
• Outpatient practice with collaborative call shared across Family Medicine providers
• MyChart-enabled virtual care and DAX AI documentation tools
• Strong clinical support: MAs, LPNs, front office, and dedicated practice management
