Pay : $11.00 – $15.05 per hour (DOE)

Locations : Pharr & Edinburg, TX

Job Description :

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers / Material Handlers for multiple warehouse and logistics facilities across the RGV area. This role involves operating sit-down forklifts, moving and racking pallets, loading / unloading trailers, and performing general warehouse and shipping / receiving tasks. Candidates will also help with inventory tracking, order picking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and relocate materials safely
• Load and unload trailers and shipping containers
• Receive, sort, and identify incoming materials (boxes, pallets, raw and finished goods)
• Use RF scanners or basic computer tools to track inventory and update logs
• Perform daily equipment safety checks
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as labeling, organizing stock, and housekeeping
• Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to management
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
