Job Description :

  • ให้บริการจำหน่ายตั๋วโดยสารประจำวัน ตั๋วล่วงหน้า การเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทาง การคืนเงินค่าโดยสาร
  • ทำหน้าที่ตรวจตั๋วโดยสาร ดูแลผู้โดยสาร ตลอดจนแนะนำจุดสำคัญต่างๆ ภายในพื้นที่
  • ให้บริการรับ – ส่งสัมภาระ
  • จัดทำบัญชี และรับผิดชอบนำส่งเงินรายได้มอบต่อหัวหน้าชุดควบคุมฯ
  • รวบรวมข้อมูล บันทึก / จัดทำสถิติ และรายงานสรุปสถิติของผู้ใช้บริการ
  • ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความจำเป็นและเหมาะสมกับการให้บริการประชาชน
  • ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และคำสั่งโดยชอบ
  • รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน
  • ภาษาไทย 15,000++
  • ภาษาอังกฤษ 20,000++
  • การทำงาน
  • ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ สลับวันหยุด วันหยุดไม่ตรงวันเสาร์อาทิตย์และวันนักขัตฤกษ์ สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนได้
  • ทำงานวันละ 8 ชั่วโมง (ไม่รวมพัก 1 ชม.)
  • ทำงานเป็นกะ เวียนกัน 24 ชม.
  • สถานที่ทำงาน :
  • บางซื่อ (สถานีกลางกรุงเทพอภิวัฒน์)
  • ดอนเมือง
  • รังสิต
  • ตลิ่งชัน
  • บางบำหรุ (บางพลัด)

Qualifications :

  • ทุกเพศ, มีสัญชาติไทย, อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 20-40 ปี (หากอายุ 41-45 ปี ต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานบริการและจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณี)
  • จบการศึกษา ม.6, ปวช.,ปวส., ป.ตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  • หากมีประสบการณ์ Call center / Customer Service / บริการลูกค้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีทักษะ และ ผ่านการอบรมการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีใจบริการ กิริยาวาจาสุภาพเรียบร้อย
  • มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี รูปร่างสมส่วน ตามมาตรฐานเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งงาน
  • มีทักษะสื่อสารที่ดี รับฟัง จับประเด็นได้ พูดจาชัดเจน น้ำเสียงนุ่มนวลน่าฟัง
  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  • สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น เพื่อให้บริการได้
  • ทำงานเป็นกะได้ ต้องทำงานสลับหยุดและทำงานเป็นกะตามตารางงานได้
  • มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน และเวลาทำงาน ปรับเปลี่ยนตามความเหมาะสมหน้างาน
  • สามารถปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของลูกค้าและบริษัทได้
  • สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  • สามารถพิมพ์คอมพิวเตอร์ไทย-อังกฤษ ได้คล่อง (มีทดสอบ)
  • สุขภาพแข็งแรง ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว ไม่สูบบุหรี่
  • ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม (มีตรวจสอบก่อนเริ่มงาน)
  • ไม่มีรอยสักที่เห็นได้ชัดเจน หากมีต้องอยู่ในร่มผ้า
  • มีการอบรมให้ก่อนเริ่มงาน
