The Director, Digital is responsible for managing and optimizing technology platforms supporting member, provider, and broker interactions. This leader oversees the development, integration, and maintenance of digital portals, ensuring seamless data streaming and portal functionality. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for digital portal technologies (member, provider, broker)
• Oversee digital APIs, data streaming, and portal quality assurance
• Manage claims appeals and legacy portal transitions
• Ensure broker portal integration and client view functionality
• Recruit, train, and coach IT staff; communicate job expectations and appraise performance
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations for portals
• Make strategic decisions to support business goals and objectives

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations : Minnetonka, MN, and Madison, WI.

The full salary grade for this position is $147,100 - $252,100. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $147,100 and $210,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and / or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
