Data entry - lockbox

A large financial client in Tempe,AZ is seeking Data Entry Processors to join their team. This role focuses on daily cash posting (data entry) of insurance and patient payments and would be fully onsite. Schedule : M-F 6AM-230PM Pay : $20 / hr Please apply if you're interested. Qualified applicants will be required to complete a data entry assessment.

work hours : 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Responsibilities

• Processing all incoming EOBs and ERAs to ensure postings are balanced and accurate.
• Identifies patterns of overpayments(PLBs), CARC and RARC codes
• Reconciliation on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of daily posting.
• Complete all items daily that come in from the lockboxes and direct mail
• Maintain Compliance and HIPAA standards at all times
• Process insurance and patient payments
• Process adjustments and credit balances
• Evaluate and respond to all emails and tickets as needed related to issues
• Completes required orientation as directed by facility
• Follows facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment
• Upholds HIPAA regulations
• Punctual and dependent for assigned / confirmed shifts
• Knowledge of medical insurance systems, government programs, electronic data exchange, medical documentation, Evaluation and Management, health insurance claim forms, and health insurance policies.
• All other duties as assigned
