Global Precision Attack Support

PROGRAM: ACC A 5 8 9

LOCATION: Langley AFB (VA-5)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Three (3) years’ experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher budget or resource management activities

- Three (3) years’ experience USAF MAJCOM or higher Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and execution (PPBE) developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Command level Financial Execution Plans

- Knowledge of budgeting for Air Force single and multi-year appropriation characteristics, uses, application and structure (, Operation and Maintenance, and Procurement)

- Knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulations and Air Force Budget Guidance and Procedures

- Skilled in monitoring commitment, obligation, and execution rates

- Ability to conduct studies, analyze data, develop alternatives, and make recommendations to resolve budget problems.

- Knowledge of automated data processing concepts, systems capabilities, and economic usage to effectively complete assignments

- Skilled in retrieving and monitoring the Commanders Resource Integration System (CRIS) reports and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS)

• Support to A589 as a Global Precision Attack Support
• Extensive CAF experience – Fighter or TACP role
• Supporting ACC staff, plans and programs
• Working in a MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff for Global Precision Attack (GPA)
• Air Combat Command staffing and plans and programs knowledge
• Working with Government to achieve goals per PWS- Performance work Statement
• Weapon School Graduate Preferred to help achieve customer goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three (3) years of experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff (combination of active duty, Government service, or Contractor) in operations, or working specific program or subject area of the specific A5/8/9 mission area being tasked
• Five (5) years of rated operational CAF Air-to-Ground fighter or Tactical Command Post (TACP) experience

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree

CLAREANCE LEVEL:

• Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Weapon School Graduate Preferred
