Here's where you come in : We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to join our team. You'll primarily be responsible for participating in the design and delivery of effective learning solutions for our team members. The role will manage and improve upon existing training solutions, leveraging best practices and enhance the insurance knowledge base of our staff.

You're great at :

Three to five years' experience in an insurance brokerage environment in a servicing capacity is required. EPIC experience strongly preferred. Overall proficiency with software systems, high level of computer literacy. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word. Ability to quickly learn and apply new software / systems. Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State insurance license.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
