Technical Account Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to ensure satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance product usage

Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on product features and functionalities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience in technical support or account management roles

Ability to work independently and remotely
