We are seeking an experienced Security Integration Project Manager to lead commercial low-voltage installation projects from design through closeout. This individual will oversee all aspects of Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems, ensuring quality installations, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level security systems and proven experience managing field teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial security integration projects involving Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise field installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical or logistical issues, and maintain high installation quality.
• Review and interpret system drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Manage system commissioning, testing, and client turnover documentation.
• Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, and service departments to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.
• Oversee change orders, project documentation, and progress reporting.
• Support technical troubleshooting and guide system integration challenges.
