In partnership with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performance team while maintaining our values, brand, policies, and operational standards. Your Assistant Manager role will include leadership responsibilities in one or more of the following areas of the business : Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising.
