Key Responsibilities
Transform member advantages into a strategic partner program and grow the referral engine
Define messaging and positioning for customer segments and create sales enablement materials
Set growth strategy and guide a team of marketers while driving accountability to pipeline and revenue metrics
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, or GTM roles with a focus on revenue-driving partner programs
Hands-on marketing experience in demand generation, product marketing, or growth marketing
Direct exposure to capital markets, fintech, investment banking, wealth management, or financial services
Based in the NYC area with a willingness to engage in events and relationship building
Operator mentality with experience in building and executing strategies from scratch
