Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include :

Electronic Rounds Development (eRounds) personnel create electronic versions of procedures and data

collection sheets for use in performance of facility rounds. They develop, test, document and manage

software upgrades and user training. They specify and manage eRounds hardware including uploading

software updates when applicable

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field
  • Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

We'd Also Like to See

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer sciences (IT), or scientific field. An associate's degree / certifications and 4+ years may be considered.

Experience and / or knowledge in the following :

  • Electronic Procedure System (EPS)
  • Correspondence and database changes
  • Server maintenance
  • Software Upgrades
  • Completing multi-faceted projects with hard due dates
  • Site / Facility Operations
  • Proficiency in :

  • SharePoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrections
  • Written and verbal communications
  • Working independently with limited supervision

    Security Clearance Information

    SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and / or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance. This list of factors is not exhaustive; pre-employment information and security clearance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    Job Family Description

    Procedures personnel develop and document procedures and electronic rounds (eRounds) for program and facility operations using organizational processes and software. They ensure procedures include flow down of requirements from Department of Energy Orders, federal regulations, and consensus codes and standards to comply with contractual requirements.
