Qualifications:

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients throughout the surgical process, following AORN standards
• Maintain a safe and aseptic environment in the Operating Room
• Assist in intra-operative patient care by performing designated nursing and technical duties
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery
• Effectively communicate with patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care

Salary: $48,920 to $94,690 /year
