We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping & Maintenance Aide who takes pride in creating a space our residents and team members are proud to call home.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility, including common areas, offices, restrooms, entrances, and utility areas

• Follow a scheduled cleaning and sanitation plan to ensure all areas are well-maintained and safe

• Respond to urgent housekeeping needs as required (e.g., spills, accidents)

• Support facility upkeep and assist in creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors

• Follow all safety procedures, infection control protocols, and company policies

• Foster a positive atmosphere through cooperation with other team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or maintenance in a healthcare, hospitality, or commercial setting

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

• Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
