Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Spanish)

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Bilingual Warehouse Lead in the Phoenix, AZ area for an autoparts distribution international company. The candidate will be working with General Manager on all warehouse operational tasks.

Position: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Spanish/English)
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire
Shifts Available: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20/hr.
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Oversee and manage inventory, addressing discrepancies and promoting accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols & provide trainings for new hires.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination between departments.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
• Optimize workflow efficiency, reducing errors and improving overall productivity.
• Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in warehouse leadership or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages for effective collaboration and training.
• Problem-solving skills to address operational issues and optimize workflows.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using functions)
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
