A company is looking for a Merchant Terminal Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to merchants regarding credit card processing inquiries
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with service, authorization, and credit card processing terminals
Communicate policies and procedures to merchants and request exceptions as appropriate
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of customer service experience
Thorough knowledge of products and services related to merchant support
Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
Commitment to high-quality customer service
