This position is located in Falls Church, VA. The core working hours are 7 a.m. 4 p.m., Monday Friday. The employee must successfully complete a criminal history background check and drug screening and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely loading and unloading of freight on the Loading Dock.
• Safe operations of all dock equipment and reporting all maintenance and safety concerns to the dock master.
• Helping consolidated mailroom staff upon their request.
• Input all X-rayed delivered products into SendSuite System and store in the cage area.
• Use a handheld device to check out and distribute to internal and external clients.
• Accurately document inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Oversee the safety of the dock area.
• Coordinate with security officers to direct drivers where to put products that are being unloaded.
• Back up fitness center duty in case of coverage issues.

Physical Qualifications

The individual is required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle, and feel objects, tools, or controls. The individual must be able to occasionally lift and / or move up to 75 pounds.
