ENTRY LEVEL DELIVERY COORDINATOR

A Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the final stages of the vehicle sales process, ensuring a seamless and efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. This includes coordinating all aspects of the vehicle delivery, such as preparing paperwork, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring all required documentation is complete. The coordinator also ensures that the car is thoroughly cleaned, fueled, and ready for the customer, while providing them with a comprehensive walkthrough of the vehicle's features. Additionally, they may communicate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to resolve any last-minute details, ensuring the customer has a smooth, positive delivery experience.
It allows the customer to feel comfortable with the new technology in their purchase. Also to have someone who knows the product and be able to answer all questions.

Responsibilities

• Delivering vehicles on and offsite, learning the product on all new and used Hondas or used cars on the lot , organizing the delivery area, getting cars ready, making sure cars are working and clean on the lot.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and understand technology, be able to communicate with customers on a level they can understand, punctual and a quick learner
