[job_card.job_description]Support daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional hospitality Partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences through innovative programs Manage inventory, ordering, and operational efficiency Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Assist in budgeting and cost control to meet departmental goals Train and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned to support the team and operation 24 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality management 2+ years of leadership experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A guest-first mindset and commitment to service excellence Familiarity with food service software systems (a plus!) Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we've worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we've built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We're also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.
