Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies
Supervise and mentor RBTs
Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Maintain documentation and ensure quality care What You Bring
BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
2+ years of experience working with children with autism
Strong understanding of ABA principles
