We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our core delivery team working on strategic digital transformation projects. Youll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solutions that drive process improvement, technology adoption, and measurable value.
This is a long-term, career-focused role not a short-term contract or placement.
🔍 Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and client teams to define and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and workflows
- Lead process analysis, gap assessments, and solution modeling
- Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and PMO teams throughout the delivery cycle
- Support testing, change management, and rollout planning
- Ensure compliance with project governance and industry standards
