About the Role - Valet Coordinator

At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. Valet Coordinators are responsible for processing forms of payment for goods and services to include room charges, credit card and cash. Valet Coordinators are the first and final point of contact for the experience and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

Wage Information

The hourly rate for this position is $21.00.

Qualifications:

· Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred

· Must possess a professional presentation

· Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

· Highly responsible and reliable

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
