BILLING SPECIALIST

Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join a team in Bryan, Texas. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate invoices, managing billing records, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with Material Safety Policies and Procedures
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility
• Process invoices, corrections, and daily basis using shipping manifest
• Monthly reporting packages-for Utility locations
• Work closely with shipping, customer service and other plant personnel

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

• Experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education:

High School

Experience: 0-1 years

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred) 1+ year of experience in billing, accounting, or finance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills
