My name is Jason Long with ProTouch Staffing. We have a Client in a beautiful town in a Northern region of South Carolina in search of a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon for ongoing 2024 coverage starting as soon as the Provider is credentialed.

This client offers competitive compensation for the right Provider. Malpractice with tail & all travel expenses included.

Practice Details :

Reason for coverage : only have 1 CT physician on staff
Practice setting : Hospital
Patient demographic : 100% adult
Provider in practice : 1 physician, 1 mid-level
Locum will be required to supervise other providers; there will be a PA working with the locum
Labs & X-rays on-site
EMR : EPIC

Required Procedures :

General CV / thoracic surgery

Coronary artery bypass surgery - on pump

Congenital defects (preferred)

Valvular repair & repair (preferred)

Aneurysm repair (cardiac & aorto-thoracic - preferred)

Lung resection (preferred)

Chest wall or pleural procedures (preferred)

Evaluation & management of acute vol / BP issues (preferred)

Insertion of central line, arterial line, PA catheter, IABP (preferred)

Requirements :

Board Certified Thoracic Surgeon

Active SC license & DEA

Clean background / No Malpractice (No exceptions)
