Join Our Telemedicine Team as a Locum Psychologist – Make a Difference Remotely

Are you a licensed psychologist seeking flexible, impactful work from the comfort of your home? VieMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking qualified professionals to provide telehealth psychological services to patients across California. In this role, you will deliver remote psychological assessments and therapy sessions, supporting patients' mental well-being through secure telemedicine platforms. The position offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, making it ideal for professionals looking to supplement their income or transition into a more flexible work environment. With a focus on client-centered care, you will play a vital role in improving lives while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Required Skills:
  • Valid California psychologist license
  • Proven experience in providing telehealth services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Proficiency with telemedicine technology and electronic health records

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations
  • Knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
  • Prior experience in telehealth settings is highly desirable

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold an active California license
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
  • Certification in telepsychology is a plus

Compensation:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $75.00 per session
