Employee Development Spec Position Type: Full Time, Contract

As an Employee Development Spec, you will: Job Description Position Responsibilities: - Seeking Experienced Employee Development Specialists to join their group in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems who has a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers.
Position Responsibilities: • Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.)
• Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content.
• Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods.
• Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations.
• Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors.
• Analyze, validate, optimize, and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees.
• Be able to support off shift as necessary.
Required Skills: • Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $35-$43 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
