At Cornerstone Comprehensive Therapy Center, we are dedicated to providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. Our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients through compassionate, evidence based care, both in-home and in our center. We are currently seeking reliable, compassionate and caring Behavior Technicians to join our team. Experience in ABA is preferred but not required. We offer comprehensive paid training for those new the field.

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one on one ABA therapy to school aged clients, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Supervisor. You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting and recording data on their progress. The exact schedule will depend on the needs of the client you are paired with, but weekday evening availability is required, as most sessions occur after school hours. Weekend availability is a plus.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children thrive. A background check is required. The hourly pay rate is $30. If you have a Registered Behavior Technician Certificate, you would start at $35 per hour.
