Description
- First point of contact for in person patients and on the phone
- Ability to manage multiple front office duties and back-office duties simultaneously
- Schedule future appointments in person and on the phone
- Check patients in and out ensuring all insurance and billing information is obtained
- Responsible for diagnosis translation and coding correctly for submission to various insurance companies and parties
