You will work within a collaborative, matrixed environment alongside product management, design, and technology teams to deliver iterative value. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring close partnership with stakeholders across operations, legal, finance, and marketing. You will help shape roadmaps, guide sprint execution, and ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. Accountabilities :

• Own and manage the product backlog by defining, prioritizing, and refining epics, features, and user stories aligned with product strategy and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure development readiness.
• Partner with product managers to contribute to product roadmaps, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Use data to inform decisions by defining success metrics, analyzing performance, running experiments such as A / B tests, and iterating based on insights.
• Work closely with product design and UX teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Coordinate with technology teams and the project management office to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and make trade-off decisions within sprints.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, prepare release notes, and validate delivered value against desired outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and quality standards across all product deliverables.
