Description Of Job
A customer service-based position that provides information and handles all aspects of product sales to customers while providing support to the staff. Daily interaction with park visitors requires effective communication and public relations skills. This position is a combination of both the Entrance Gate and Visitor Center Attendant working one day at entrance gate and two at visitor center. The Entrance Gate Attendant welcomes visitors and provides park specific information. The Visitor Center Attendant has a lot of responsibilities and they are the key to the successful operations and safety of the park. Specific duties include but are not limited to :
