• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
• Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources
• Be outstanding at relationship building
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls

• Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive,resourceful,coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
