2026 Launch Program Associate Intern | RVPR

Skip the entry-level grunt-work and start making a real impact on Day 1. As part of the Red Ventures Launch program internship youll find unparalleled opportunities to gain exposure to the role and learn what its like to work at RV over the 10-week summer internship period with the goal of getting a full-time return offer for the following summer.

Youll start with a large cohort of interns who will be your community as you navigate the RV internship environment together. You will experience in-depth onboarding and extended training to help you learn the ropes accelerate your growth and further hone your skills. After getting ramped up you will join your assigned RV team meet your manager and mentor and gain hands-on industry experience to invest in your career growth. Interns will also get the chance to get to know the RV culture through engagement events and social impact opportunities.

The Launch Program internship is NOT a chance to sit on the sidelines to learn how we do things. Its your chance to dive in headfirst and take advantage of a 10-week vision into the work we do learn from our top mentors and get a jump start into your Red Ventures career while still in school.

What Youll Do :

• Join a team within Red Ventures such as SEO Paid Media Customer Experience or Business Operations where youll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining exposure to how each function drives impact across the business.
• Build a diverse skill set by working across multiple functions learning to flex between different types of problems and adapting to where the business needs you most.
• Take on a dedicated project focused on solving a complex ambiguous business challenge. Youll be responsible for shaping the problem defining measurable outcomes and driving it from idea to recommendation thinking strategically about the big picture while diving deep into details to uncover new opportunities.
• Leverage data processing and analytical tools to explore large datasets identify insights and surface trends that inform business strategy and drive smarter decisions.
• Evaluate the impact of your work synthesizing findings into clear actionable recommendations that influence outcomes and align stakeholders.
• You will use reporting to monitor on site performance to all levels of the business and use KPIs to inform and create new initiatives that will directly grow revenue.
• Youll have access to mentors to help in your growth and development / youll get the opportunity to present to business leadership
• Above all else youll be the owner of your work and the projects that youre responsible for insights you glean and strategy you drive will be up to you
