Job Title : Account Development Representative

Location : Goodyear, AZ (On-site)

Schedule : MonThu 7am4pm, Fri 7am11am (flexible)

Pay : $23$24.50 / hr | Contract-to-Hire 90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted. Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.
• Manage high-volume, short sales cycles.
• Communicate product benefits clearly.
• Track leads and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals.
