As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing reservations, both in person and over the phone.
- Handling guest inquiries and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (a plus, but not required).
