Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist - Clinical Laboratory

Description

Under the direction of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, plans, directs, and supervises all technical and operational activities performed in his/her respective section(s).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• Meet CLIA requirements for a General Supervisor.
• Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably a hospital setting.
• 4 years in a clinical laboratory following licensure or certification.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
